About the Position

Role: Reservationist

Location: Lympstone, Devon. Manor 5 (Luxury between Exeter and Exmouth).

Salary: £26,984.10 plus yearly Tronc of £4,000.

Hours: Full-time 42.5 hours, 5 days a week.

Relationships: Reservations team, Front of House team, Sales & Events team.

What you'll be doing
  • Interact with customers in a professional, friendly and confident manner.
  • Handle guest reservations & bookings to the correct standard.
  • Build rapport with guests in order to maximise sales opportunities and generate future business.
  • Communicate and share knowledge with other hotel departments on a regular basis.
  • Work closely with the Front office team to ensure a smooth, effective and courteous service at all times.
