A leading transport solutions provider in the UK is seeking a Technical & Commercial Manager to oversee requirements management for high-speed projects. The role is for technical & commercial management of requirements. The focus is supporting the management of the Technical Specification in DOORS (Dynamic Object-Oriented Requirements System) for a high-speed project execution. The role includes understanding and linking the interface register to Customer Technical Specification clauses and managing technical contract movement with the commercial management team. Contract management of the MSA (Manufacture & Supply Agreement) and purchaser/manufacturer change notifications (PCN/MCN) for changes in design and linking this with the Requirements in DOORS up to Critical Design Gate (CDR) (in effect design freeze).
