Overview

Skills and experience we’re looking for in a reprographics technician to join our dedicated team and help ensure that staff and students have the resources they need. As a Reprographics Technician, you’ll play a vital role in the day-to-day running of the school by providing high-quality printing, copying, and administrative support. From producing lesson materials to managing school communications, your work will help keep everything running smoothly and efficiently.

Responsibilities
  • Delivering a responsive reprographics service to staff across the school
  • Managing printing requests, binding, laminating and distributing materials
  • Supporting school communications, including bulletins and cover lists
  • Assisting with general admin tasks and reception duties when needed
  • Helping display student work and school information around the site
  • Maintaining stock levels and monitoring equipment
What We're Looking For
  • Organised, methodical and detail orientated
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexible and enthusiastic about supporting a busy school environment
  • Skilled in communication and IT (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Committed to safeguarding and confidentiality

Experience in a school or reprographics setting is desirable, but not essential.
