A leading housing provider is looking for a Repairs, Maintenance & Void Works Officer for a full-time role based in Birmingham. The organisation prides itself on providing safe, well-maintained homes and ensuring an excellent service for residents.
As a Repairs, Maintenance & Void Works Officer, you will support the delivery of responsive repairs, planned maintenance, and void property works across residential and commercial housing stock. Working closely with contractors, residents, and colleagues, you will ensure all works are delivered safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.
You’ll have previous experience in housing repairs, maintenance, or voids management and the ability to balance both office and field-based responsibilities. Strong communication, organisation, and IT skills are essential, along with a sound understanding of contractor management and building safety compliance.
