Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the repack team to meet daily volumes safely and efficiently.
• Oversee repack operations, ensuring accuracy and quality control.
• Monitor productivity and provide coaching for staff development.
• Ensure completion of all paperwork, system updates, and reports.
• Liaise with drivers, warehouse teams, and customers for service maintenance.
• Maintain a safe working environment following H&S standards.
