Job summary

An organization supporting neurodivergent artists is seeking a Volunteer Coordinator to develop a new volunteering programme. This role involves creating accessible systems, supporting volunteers, and facilitating community engagement. The ideal candidate will have experience in volunteer coordination and a strong understanding of neurodiversity and inclusive practices. This is mainly a remote position with occasional in-person events across Scotland, offering £14.00 per hour.

Qualifications
