Remote Telesales Representative - Work from Home | Full-Time, Permanent | Mon-Fri - £24.5k Base + OTE £32.5k+

Ready to take your sales career to the next level? This role is a 100% remote telesales position with a fixed schedule: 10:30am to 7:00pm Monday to Thursday and 9:00am to 5:30pm Friday. No weekends. Join a fast-paced, high-performing team and earn commissions by building rapport and closing deals as a telesales advisor for Domestic & General, a trusted partner to leading global brands, helping protect household appliances for nearly 9 million UK customers.

What you will do
  • Engage customers: Connect with potential customers and present a product packed with value.
  • Drive sales: Make outbound sales calls to achieve targets.
  • Hit your targets: Secure 7–10 sales per day; 90% of the team currently achieves goals and earns above bonus potential.
  • Stay compliant: Maintain professionalism and adhere to regulations while delivering top-notch service.
What experience you will need
  • Previous sales experience: 12 months of targeted phone sales within the last 3 years.
  • Home office setup: A quiet workspace where you can focus and succeed remotely.
  • Motivation to exceed targets: Passion for sales, resilience, and a commitment to following best practices.
