Job summary

A leading defence and security firm is seeking a Functional Analyst / TCU Implementation Consultant. This role involves supporting the upgrade of Siemens Teamcenter within Azure environments, collaborating with various partners to ensure integration and implementation success. Applicants should have extensive experience with Siemens tools and PLM systems, alongside strong troubleshooting and communication skills. This contract role is primarily remote, based in the United Kingdom, with occasional site visits likely to Edinburgh, Basildon, Luton, or Southampton.

Qualifications

• Proven experience with Siemens toolset, especially Teamcenter, Opscenter, and Polarion.
• Strong understanding of PLM deployment lifecycle and configuration management.
• Experience integrating PLM with engineering tools, MES, and ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Support upgrade and configuration of Siemens Teamcenter on Microsoft Azure.
• Collaborate with Siemens to troubleshoot and validate deployments.
• Document deployment processes and improve TCU implementation practices.

Skills

Experience with Siemens toolset (Teamcenter, Opscenter, Polarion)

Understanding of PLM deployment lifecycle

Integrating PLM with engineering tools

Experience in Azure Cloud environments

Proficiency in Windows command prompt
