Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience supporting and configuring SAP ECC or S/4HANA systems.
• Strong functional understanding of Finance (FI/CO) processes.
• Proven hands-on experience in configuration and troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day functional and technical support for SAP S/4HANA users globally.
• Configure and maintain core SAP modules (Finance, Procurement, Projects, and Grants).
• Manage and resolve incidents and service requests in line with SLAs.
