Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of commercial experience with Magento 2, specifically with backend focus.
• Strong proficiency in PHP, MySQL, HTML / CSS, JavaScript, and Git.
• Comfortable working with AI-native IDEs (e.g., Google Antigravity, Cursor).

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and proactively optimise Magento 2 stores for a diverse client base.
• Troubleshoot complex backend issues and integrate third-party systems (ERPs, Payment Gateways).
• Collaborate with the CTO on architectural decisions and performance optimisations.
• Write clean, standards-compliant, testable code and assist in code reviews.
