Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal.
• ITIL foundation or equivalent (DESIRABLE).
• Experience of reading JSON and XML (DESIRABLE).
• Experience of google cloud logging (DESIRABLE).

Responsibilities

• Helping internal employees with new equipment or IT issues.
• Helping external customers navigate the platform.
• Digging into Google Cloud and other 3rd party systems.
• Examining logs for transactions to troubleshoot issues.
• Managing support tickets via Zendesk.
