• Excellent communication skills and telephone manner.
• Knowledge of Windows OS and Microsoft Office packages.
• Ability to think on your feet and solve any complex issues with empathy.
• Keen to learn and desire to gain further industry-recognised qualifications.

Responsibilities

• Help keep systems secure by resetting passwords and managing logins.
• Read IT guides to solve problems and learn how systems work.
• Log and track IT issues using the company's helpdesk system.
• Provide support to staff and customers using various communication methods.
• Build and upgrade computers and maintain office equipment.
• Install and update software and assist with internet connections.
• Learn about cloud services and use scripts for IT tasks.
