You will manage the end-to-end implementation of solutions, ensuring timely delivery and client satisfaction. The ideal candidate is fluent in German and English, possesses strong problem-solving and communication skills, and has a Bachelor's degree with 2-4 years of relevant experience. This role is full-time, remote, with up to 60% travel required.

Qualifications

• Solid understanding of shop floor operations in Food & Beverage or Consumer Packaged Goods industries is advantageous.
• 2-4 years of experience in a similar role, focusing on direct client coaching and project management.
• Familiarity with PLC and automation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the customer journey from project initiation to onsite coaching, typically spanning 6-12 weeks.
• Manage multiple concurrent deployments from sales handover to onsite coaching delivery.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, fostering strong relationships and satisfaction.
