Job summary

A leading international law firm in the UK is seeking a Funds Solicitor with 3+ PQE to join their remote working global team. The role involves providing support on commercial contracts and regulatory matters related to investment funds. The ideal candidate will have a background in Funds or Regulatory law, but high calibre candidates from corporate/commercial backgrounds will also be considered. Excellent communication, negotiation, and legal drafting skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience as a Solicitor, gained in a law firm or in-house legal department.
• Particular specialism within Corporate, Funds and/or Financial Services Regulatory.
• High calibre candidates with experience in a corporate/commercial firm are encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Conduct fee earning work directly for clients.
• Supervise junior members of the team.
• Maintain knowledge of relevant areas of law.
• Assist in preparing pitch documents and attend client presentations.
