Qualifications

• You will have a degree or equivalent work-based qualification such as a Level 5 / 6 / 7 NVQ in computing.
• Be fully conversant with the languages in the specification (e.g., Python or C based languages).
• You will hold a minimum of one year’s teaching experience within the last 8 years.

Responsibilities

• Mark accurately and consistently to maintain overall standards.
• Submit samples to your Team Leader at designated times.
• Ensure milestones for marking are adhered to.

Skills

Knowledge of programming languages (Python, C, C#, C++, Java)

High level of subject knowledge

Ability to work under pressure

Ability to meet deadlines

Education

Degree or equivalent in computing, computer science or software development
