• Experience as an Affiliate manager/BizDev in Media Buying for at least 2 years.
• Ability to find new advertisers and negotiate favorable deals.
• Knowledge of arbitration processes and strategies.

Responsibilities

• Search and generate a database of potential advertisers.
• Negotiate cooperation terms with advertisers.
• Coordinate traffic flooding agreements with advertisers.
• Monitor and ensure the quality of traffic from advertisers.
• Engage in business trips to conferences for negotiations.
