Overview

Our client, a leading provider of Fund Administration, Private Client and Corporate Services, is seeking to appoint a Remediation Specialist / Risk and Review Analyst for a 6-month fixed term contract.


This role focuses on supporting client remediation, ensuring compliance with internal standards and international regulatory requirements.



Responsibilities


  • Conduct detailed reviews of client files, assess source of wealth and source of funds, complete risk assessments, and ensure data integrity within systems such as Viewpoint.

  • Support the efficient management and completion of remediation cases, including assisting with client closures.

  • Work closely with client teams and internal stakeholders to maintain accurate records, address regulatory obligations, and support ongoing remediation projects.



Qualifications


  • 3 - 5 years\' experience in a trust / corporate administration or a compliance function.

  • Proven experience completing file reviews and managing regularisation of outstanding client documentation.
