Relief work offers ultimate flexibility—no obligation to accept shifts, fit work around personal commitments and receive paid hours on top of the hourly rate.
Sleepovers typically start at 9:00 am or 3:00 pm, ending at 10:00–11:00 pm and beginning the next day at 7:00 am–9:00 am.
Some homes provide day shifts of 8:00–16:00, 8:00–18:00, 8:00–20:00, 3:00–18:00 or 3:00–21:00, which may fluctuate according to the individual's needs and weekly plans. Flexibility is required to cover appointments and additional support needs.
An enhanced DBS disclosure will be required for this role; the cost will be incurred by Dimensions.
