We are looking for motivated and driven individuals with good values and a genuine interest in the care and support of Older People; with experience of care within a highly complex yet rewarding environment.

Based in one of our 8 residential care homes, the successful candidate will undertake the keyworker role, which involves creating, monitoring, and reviewing care plans, keeping accurate records of support planning, and ensuring the service user is offered opportunities, experiences, and care/support within their care plan. The role also involves promoting service users' access to local community opportunities and enabling them to live meaningful lives.

We provide ongoing care and support to vulnerable older people; our care homes also support a respite, STAR unit, and day service.

The Person

Provide care and support that meets the Health and Social Care standards.

Must be able to collaborate with other Council services and partner agencies to support effective planning and delivery of care and support.

Ability to work flexibly and creatively within a dynamic and ambitious team is essential.

Must have or be able to work towards the required qualification SVQ 3, as mandated by the Scottish Social Services Council. It is the individual's responsibility to inform the Scottish Social Services Council once the qualification is achieved within the designated timeframes.
