Overview

We are looking for a warm, resourceful, energetic and diverse team of Relief Recovery Support Workers to join our service Forest Road in Loughborough. Forest Road is a step-through accommodation based service offering holistic support of up to seven Service Users.

Responsibilities
  • Support individual service users taking a person-centred approach to their care and support.
  • Undertake the responsibility of being a Key Worker/Co-worker.
  • Plan alongside members of the person's circle of support, and enable individuals to be happy, healthy and to achieve their wishes and aspirations.
  • Set meaningful and aspirational goals and support service users to move towards those goals.
  • Co‑produce person‑centred plans, meetings and processes with the people we support and their families to promote a unified approach.
Qualifications
  • Previous experience of working with people in a recovery‑focused way who are experiencing mental health problems, in a community, residential or inpatient setting.
  • Good communication skills and a commitment to achieving positive outcomes using a person-centred recovery approach.
Compensation

You will be paid on a weekly basis.
