As a Care Supervisor, you will support a thriving community of independent older adults, overseeing the Care and Support team, ensuring safety, coordinating activities and fostering a welcoming atmosphere.

Responsibilities

Lead and coordinate the care team, promote community spirit, enhance residents’ wellbeing and uphold high‑quality care standards.

Qualifications
  • At least 2 years’ experience in a care or support environment.
  • Level 3 qualification in Health and Social Care preferred; Level 2 essential.
  • Warm, friendly, organised and self‑motivated with a passion for resident wellbeing.
Contract & Hours
  • Contract: Relief
  • Hours: 0 hours per week, including day and evening shifts, weekdays and weekends.
Pay
  • £14.51 per hour for day shifts, £12.24 for night shifts, plus an extra £1 for every hour worked from midnight Friday to midnight Sunday.
