A leading catering company in the East Midlands is seeking a Chef Manager to oversee site teams and ensure high-quality service. You will manage team recruitment, training, and motivation, as well as budgeting and client relationships. Ideal candidates have proven team leadership experience and a strong focus on customer service. This role offers 40 hours per week working 5 out of 7 days, including weekends.
