Job summary

A global beverage company is seeking an experienced Maintenance Coordinator to oversee the effectiveness of maintenance execution at their facility in the City of London. This role includes coordinating repairs, supporting the Maintenance Manager, and ensuring maintenance standards are met. Qualifications

  • Ideally dual-skilled or time served apprentice in mechanical/electrical fields.
  • Experience in maintenance execution and administrative tasks.
  • Ability to train and support technicians in maintenance activities.

Responsibilities

  • Act as lead co-ordinator for maintenance or breakdown support.
  • Support the Maintenance Manager in implementing the Maintenance Strategy.
  • Assess and organise external technical support requirements.
  • Provide hands-on support and coaching in maintenance tasks.
  • Ensure effective prioritisation of maintenance tasks.
  • Manage and update Technical Documents for asset care instructions.

Skills

NVQ Level 3 Mechanical/Electrical qualifications
Experience of practical machine asset care
Good written English and writing technical instructions
Strong Excel skills
