A leading healthcare provider is seeking a Release and Transfer Coordinator for HMP Thameside in London. The role supports the healthcare team in preparing patients for transfer or release, ensuring safe procedures and continuity of care. We have an exciting opportunity for a Release and Transfer Coordinator to join our Healthcare team at HMP Thameside, a category B Prison located in Thameside, London.
HMP Thameside is a category B male prison based in London. We are recruiting for a Release and Transfer Coordinator to support the wider healthcare team to prepare patients for their release or to be transferred to another prison.
Hours Monday – Friday / 08:00–16:00
Salary This position is full time, you’ll receive an annual salary up to £36,000 per annum FTE – depending on experience.
Candidates are required to have a legal right to work in the UK and, due to the nature of the role, offers of employment will be subject to additional vetting and security checks.
