Role: Relationship Manager - High Value Donors

Location: Milton Keynes (Hybrid)

Hours: Full time - 35 hours per week

Salary: £38,000 pa

Contract: 12-month Fixed Term

Duties of a Relationship Manager - High Value Donors
  • Manage and grow a portfolio of individual donors and funders
  • Build lasting relationships through personalised engagement
  • Secure one-off and repeat donations through tailored approaches
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop supporter communications
  • Maintain accurate records using CRM systems
  • Identify new prospects through research and networking
What we would like from you
  • Experience in fundraising or stakeholder engagement roles
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in individual giving and/or Philanthropic Fundraising
  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills
  • Proactive and organised, with a keen eye for detail
  • Passion for working in a mission-driven environment
  • Confidence in working towards targets and building supporter journeys
