We are seeking an experienced Relationship Manager for our Banking and Financial Recruitment Services in the banking sector. The ideal candidate will acquire new banking relationships, especially with international banks in the UK, and maximize existing relationships to help clients reach their full potential and increase revenue across services.

In this role, you will work closely with the management and recruitment teams to acquire new client relationships and liaise with clients to ensure our services reach all departments and business functions. The goal is to become a sole or preferred recruitment partner for the client. You will lead a team of Recruitment Consultants to fulfill client requirements.

We are looking for an ideal candidate with both relationship management and recruitment experience within the banking industry. You must have a proven track record of building client relationships from scratch and transforming clients into large accounts.

This position is based in our Canary Wharf office.
