Role Overview:

As Relationship Manager, you will take ownership of a portfolio of key accounts, acting as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor. This is a client-facing role focused on nurturing strong partnerships, driving retention and identifying opportunities for growth. You will work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery, resolve challenges effectively and enhance overall client satisfaction. Occasional international travel will be required to strengthen relationships and represent the organisation in person.

Responsibilities of the Role:
  • Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with assigned clients and partners
  • Conduct regular account reviews to monitor performance, service levels and growth opportunities
  • Identify opportunities to increase revenue, improve retention and enhance client satisfaction
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure efficient service delivery and resolve escalations
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in relationship management, account management or a client-facing role
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to build trust and credibility
  • Commercial awareness with a proactive approach to identifying growth opportunities
  • Confident using CRM systems and Microsoft Office, with strong organisational skills
  • Occasional international travel
