A prominent NHS Trust in Greater London seeks a Registration Authority Agent to manage the Identity & Access Management process. The role involves conducting identity checks, producing smartcards, and supporting clinical staff in accessing applications. An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Registration Authority Agent to join the team and assist inthe Trusts continued growth of Smartcard enabled applications.
In brief, the RA facilitates the Identity & Access Management (IAM) process for the Trust via completion of robust Identity checks, production of physical and Virtual Smartcards and theassignment of Position based access for use across numerous clinical applications and Electronic.
Staff Records (ESR).
The successful candidate will be required to conduct appointments and sessions autonomously both in the office and at any trust site. There is also a requirement to provide ongoing technical support around the Smartcard and associated software. You will need to provide accurate, clear and concise information often of a technical nature, assisting with problem solving and signposting as appropriate.
Ensure continuity of the trust RA service, to support timely access by clinical and support staff as well as training access and staff testing access on behalf of the project teams.

Maintain accurate and up to date records of all activities associated with the provision of the RA service in accordance with the Data Protection Act and other Information Governance rule and regulations.
Confirm to all National and Trust policies and procedures regarding registration for NHS CRS Smartcard applications.
Train and support staff for the introduction of smartcards to access clinical systems.
