Shifts Available : 7 AM - 5 PM Monday - Friday (Adult)

Case Specific Pay Rates :

• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - $45 / Hour
• Registered Nurse (RN) - $50 / Hour

Your Role

Provide individualized care to patients with complex medical needs (including trach / vent) across all ages while supporting families and ensuring safe high-quality care.

Position Requirements

Current LPN or RN license in North Carolina or a compact state.

Current CPR certification (in-person only)

TB skin test completed within the past 12 months
