Registered Nurse Nights Nursing - Alderbrook Care Home Contract : Full Time Salary : 22.88 Per Hour Shift Type : Nights Contracted hours : 44 Alderbrook Care Home specialise in the care of 140 residents with complex physical and mental health needs.

We are creating a supportive, specialist environment where residents feel valued, respected and truly at home.

Your Role

As a Registered Nurse, you will provide high quality clinical care, ensuring residents receive safe and person centred support at all times.

You will create individualised care plans, complete accurate documentation, carry out routine observations and respond promptly to any changes in health.

You will lead the care team during your shift, support with medication management, promote dignity, independence and wellbeing, and build strong relationships with residents and their families.
