As a Night Registered Nurse, your primary responsibilities will include: Delivering high-quality nursing care tailored to meet the diverse needs of residents, ensuring their safety, comfort, and dignity are prioritized at all times. Administering medication and treatments in accordance with professional guidelines, maintaining accurate records of all care provided. Conducting comprehensive assessments of residents’ health conditions and developing individualized care plans in collaboration with the wider care team. Monitoring residents’ conditions throughout the night, responding promptly to any changes or emergencies. Leading and supervising care staff during night shifts, ensuring excellent standards of care and adherence to policies and procedures. Providing emotional support and reassurance to residents and their families, fostering a trusting and compassionate environment. Ensuring compliance with CQC regulations and maintaining the highest standards of professional practice.

A valid NMC PIN and a commitment to maintaining professional standards. Compassionate, enthusiastic, and proactive in delivering exceptional care. Experience in a nursing home or similar care setting (preferred but not essential). Strong leadership skills and the ability to work autonomously during night shifts. A genuine passion for making a difference in the lives of residents.
