Nurse Business Manager - Complex Care & Supported Living
Location: Coventry & Warwickshire
Salary: £45,000 - £50,000 + KPI Bonus + Benefits
Hours: Full-time, Permanent (Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm with occasional weekend flexibility)

Responsibilities
- Work alongside the Branch Manager to build and maintain strong working relationships with key stakeholders including the NHS, ICB, Local Authorities, and legal firms
- Lead on securing and managing complex care packages, ensuring long-term, high-quality care delivery
- Represent the organisation at stakeholder meetings, reviews, and compliance visits
- Support with training delivery and compliance oversight, including care plans, risk assessments, and DoLS
- Oversee the compliance and quality standards of supported living properties, ensuring safe, person-centred care
- Manage and support care teams, ensuring training and induction are completed and that staff deliver excellent standards of care
- Act as a key liaison for families, guardians, and external professionals, maintaining open and transparent communication
Requirements
- Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) or Registered Learning Disability Nurse (RNLD)
- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management (or willingness to work towards it)
- At least 2 years' management experience in adult social care, complex care, or supported living
- Experience supporting individuals with autism, emotional and behavioural difficulties, self-harm, or trauma-related needs
- Active NMC registration
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
- Office-based with travel as required (not remote or hybrid)
