About the Role

We are recruiting for a Registered Nurse who wishes to join #TeamIOWNHS in the Emergency Department. You should share our passion and drive to ensure that our patients receive quality and compassionate care and work with us to ensure the Trust continues its journey towards “great people, great place”.

Responsibilities
  • Provide a high‑quality standard of care for patients in an environment conducive to learning for all staff.
  • Take charge of the ward/clinical unit in the absence of the Sister/Charge Nurse/Team Leader and deputy.
  • Act as an advocate for patients at all times, to ensure the highest levels of care are delivered.
  • Ensure that relationships and own behaviour is managed in line with the Trust’s competencies.
