About the Role

We are recruiting for a Registered Nurse who wishes to join #TeamIOWNHS in the Emergency Department. Responsibilities

• Provide a high‑quality standard of care for patients in an environment conducive to learning for all staff.
• Take charge of the ward/clinical unit in the absence of the Sister/Charge Nurse/Team Leader and deputy.
• Act as an advocate for patients at all times, to ensure the highest levels of care are delivered.
• Ensure that relationships and own behaviour is managed in line with the Trust’s competencies.
