A leading healthcare organization in Wales is seeking enthusiastic Registered Nurses for their Critical Care Unit. This full-time role provides a chance to develop critical care skills in a supportive environment. Candidates are encouraged to apply regardless of Welsh language proficiency as support is available. The salary ranges from £31,516 to £38,364 annually, depending on contract type.

The purpose built Critical Care Unit in Glangwili General Hospital is looking for Band 5 Registered Nurses.
This is a full-time post however part time will be considered.
Successful applicants will be fully supported whilst gaining experience in the care of critically ill patients undergoing a variety of critical care interventions.
The successful candidates will ideally demonstrate some knowledge of Critical Care Nursing, but this is not essential and have a willingness to develop their skills further, playing an integral part in integrating critical care across Glangwili.
The applicants should be able to demonstrate the use of evidence based practice and be proactive in managing change. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential, together with a readiness to innovate and develop nursing within a team approach.
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; English and/or Welsh speakers are equally welcome to apply.
