A healthcare provider in Launceston, Tasmania, is looking for experienced Registered Nurses for a full-time, fixed-term position at a specialized rehabilitation unit. This role involves collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care. The salary range is between $78,179 and $105,995 per annum with additional benefits, including professional development opportunities and relocation assistance. The Tasmanian Health Service, John L Grove Rehabilitation Unit seeks experienced Registered Nurses for a 20-bed specialised rehabilitation unit located a short distance from the main campus of LGH. John L Grove rehabilitation is based on the social model of care where transition to premorbid or alternative lifestyle is a priority when planning, implementing, and evaluating the care of a patient.
The multidisciplinary rehabilitation team (MDT) at John L Grove consists of Registered and Enrolled Nurses, operational staff, various allied health professionals, a pharmacist, and a medical registrar. The Rehabilitation physician guides and directs the medical care of the patients in this unit.
Registered Nurses at John L Grove rehabilitation unit collaborate with MDT to plan, implement, and evaluate high quality, rehabilitation focused and patient‑centred care for patients with various rehabilitation needs.

The Department of Health Tasmania oversees a range of hospitals and community health services across the state, providing a unique living environment and significant professional opportunities.
Fixed‑term full‑time, shift worker (fully rotational) position, working 76 hours per fortnight, commencing 9 January 2026 until 8 January 2027. Hours are subject to negotiation.

$78,179 to $105,995 per annum. Employer contributes 12% superannuation on top of this amount.
Access to the Grade 4 salary range ($99,455-$105,995) is subject to successful application for progression to Grade 4.
In addition, the following allowances may be available based on the salaried incremental point:
Salary package includes living expenses up to $9,010 plus $2,650 in meal entertainment each FBT year and other benefits if eligible.
