A clinical training team providing a wide range of courses to support our Nurses with their clinical knowledge and skills. We support in meeting NMC revalidation requirements for CPD. We offer a competitive package and opportunities for growth within Sanctuary Care.
Role
Are you our next Registered Nurse? First and foremost – we work together as a team to enrich our residents' lives, support colleagues, and have fun in the process. You will:
- Give the highest quality of personalised care to residents in line with their individual care plans that you prepare and monitor.
- Regularly communicate with residents, their families and staff both verbally and in writing.
- Provide comprehensive, systematic and accurate nursing assessments of the physical, psychological and social needs of residents.
- Be kind and supportive to residents, their families and colleagues, contributing to a positive team culture.
- Work as part of a team to ensure a happy, efficient home for residents.
- Be registered with the Nursing and Midwifery Council.
- Have experience of working in a clinical setting and be able to communicate well with a flexible approach.
- Show kindness and a genuine regard for older people and their needs, ensuring they are treated with respect and dignity.
- Use the Nursing Process to formulate initial nursing diagnoses by collecting data from subjective and objective information, prioritising and managing care.
- Have experience in infection control, nutrition, moving and handling, wound care, phlebotomy and drug administration.

Responsibilities & Qualifications
- You will be registered with the Nursing and Midwifery Council and have experience in a clinical setting.
- Excellent communication skills and a flexible approach are essential.
- Demonstrate kindness and a genuine care for older people, maintaining their dignity and respect.
