Requirements

  • Mandatory Training Certificates
  • Valid registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) as a Registered Nurse.
  • Strong clinical assessment skills with the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective interaction with patients, families, and colleagues.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.
  • Previous experience in a hospital or clinical setting is preferred but not essential for newly qualified nurses.
