Overview

We are looking for kind nurses to join our dedicated care home teams across the country, offering enhanced rates of pay that progress with your experience alongside a wide range of attractive company benefits.

Main duties of the job

As a nurse at HC-One, you will operate in a nurse-led environment, developing complex decision making and collaborative skills. You will make a difference to Residents at times when they may feel vulnerable and will guide and support them in life-changing decisions. You will be a Registered Nurse with a valid Pin number and understand your professional standards through the NMC.

Job description
About You
  • As a Registered Nurse at HC-One, build on your skill set in a nurse-led environment, developing decision-making and collaboration.
  • Make a difference to Residents at vulnerable times and support them in life-changing decisions.
  • Be a Registered Nurse with a valid PIN and understand professional standards of practice set by the NMC.
  • Mentor and share knowledge with colleagues, and provide support as a practice supervisor and assessor to students.
  • Communicate effectively, model professional behaviours, and deliver person-centred care to Residents and their families.
  • Safeguarding: recognise signs of abuse, harm or neglect and know the steps to take. Attend safeguarding training and escalate concerns as required.
