A leading healthcare provider in the UK is seeking a Registered Nurse to ensure high standards of care for residents. Applicants must hold a First Level qualification and NMC registration, with at least 2 years of nursing experience. The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal skills and the ability to manage care tasks effectively. This role involves supervising staff and advising families on residents' conditions.

As a Registered Nurse at Avery Healthcare, you will act as person in charge, standing in for the Manager as required and following instructions to act on their behalf. Your responsibilities include undertaking nursing tasks such as distribution of medication, dressings, catheterisation, tube feeding, and management of chronic medical conditions. You will also be responsible for the effective deployment and supervision of staff, ensuring high standards of care for residents.
