Job Title: Registered Nurse

Location: High Littleton, BS39

Job Type: Full-time / Part-time / Flexible Shifts

Salary: £24.60 – £27.60 per hour

Alternative limited company rates available on request

Responsibilities
  • Providing high-quality, individualised nursing care
  • Administering medications via PEG/jej
  • Supporting personal care, mobility, and daily routines
  • Monitoring vital signs and responding to any changes in condition
  • Keeping accurate care documentation and health records
  • Coordinating with GPs, consultants, and other health professionals
  • Developing and reviewing care plans tailored to the client’s needs
  • Maintaining a safe, clean, and comfortable living environment
  • Offering emotional support and education to the client and family

Essential Requirements
  • Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid NMC pin
  • Previous experience in community care, domiciliary care, or complex needs preferred

  • Ability to adapt to the client’s evolving health and care requirements
