Job description
Overview

You ll lead a high-acuity supported living services for adults with complex needs, including Learning Disabilities, Autism, Mental Health conditions, and dual diagnoses. You'll play a vital role in shaping safe, therapeutic environments where people can thrive.

We operate services in London and the Home Counties. You will normally be required to work in-person at our head office or one of our services. Flexibility for travel is required (in line with the needs of the business and the People We Support). You will not be required to work outside the United Kingdom.

Job Responsibilities
  • Providing visible leadership and operational oversight across services, ensuring safe, person-centred care and consistently high standards are delivered every day.
  • Managing and developing staff teams, including recruitment, supervision and performance, creating a positive, accountable culture focused on continuous improvement.
  • Championing trauma-informed and therapeutic approaches, embedding best practice into support plans, staff training, and day-to-day service delivery.
  • Overseeing person-centred care planning and dynamic risk assessments, ensuring all documentation reflects individual needs, preferences, and clinical guidance.
  • Driving service quality through audits, compliance checks and action plans, ensuring regulatory requirements, CQC standards and internal KPIs are consistently met.
  • Building strong relationships with families, professionals and commissioners, representing the organisation in multi-agency meetings and promoting collaborative working.
  • Supporting service mobilisation and crisis response when needed, stepping in with hands-on leadership to stabilise services and ensure continuity of care.
  • Some regular discretionary shift work/unsocial hours (365/24/7) will be required (as deemed reasonable) to meet the needs of the service.
Key Requirements
  • A full UK Driving Lisence
  • Strong leadership skills and experience managing high-needs services
  • Excellent knowledge of CQC regulations and social care legislation
  • A commitment to person-centered, therapeutic, and trauma-informed care
  • QCF Level 5 in Leadership & Management (or willingness to work towards)
  • Experience supporting staff through safeguarding, compliance and workforce development
