Registered Children’s Home Manager

Location: Leicester

Salary: Up to £60,000 per annum + Bonuses

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Registered Manager to lead our Children's Residential Home in Leicester. You will oversee the day‑to‑day running of the home, ensuring high‑quality care, safeguarding, compliance, and a positive culture where children can thrive.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide strong leadership and support to the staff team.
  • Manage recruitment, training, supervisions, and appraisals.
  • Ensure high‑quality, child‑centred care aligned with individual care plans.
  • Maintain full compliance with Ofsted and the Children’s Homes Regulations.
  • Oversee rotas, budgets, resources, and ensure the home environment is safe and welcoming.
  • Drive continuous improvement and lead the home to achieve “Good” or “Outstanding” outcomes.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Previous experience as a Registered or Deputy Manager in a Children’s Home.
  • Level 5 in Leadership & Management for Residential Childcare (or working towards).
  • Strong safeguarding, leadership, and communication skills.
