A leading social care provider in the UK is seeking a Registered Manager to ensure the smooth operations and growth of services in Cambridge. The successful candidate will oversee high-quality service delivery and work closely with multi-disciplinary teams. Requirements include a Level 5 QCF qualification in Health & Social Care or willingness to obtain it, and previous management experience in the care sector. Salary: Up to £40,000 + great company benefits
You will be responsible for profitable, efficient and smooth running of the operations and growth of the services and for maintaining and monitoring the quality of the services we provide, meeting the criteria of the CQC regulations as well as ensuring we meet customer requirements and expectations.
We work in partnership with commissioners and others to develop and deliver high‑quality care to vulnerable adults. Our goal is to provide support and care, based on an enabling approach with an outcome‑focused support planning process.
As a large provider of social care services, Mears Extra Care Ltd works collaboratively with multi‑disciplinary teams to address challenges in the social care marketplace.

We are looking for a passionate, dedicated and experienced individual that holds a Level 5 QCF qualification in Health & Social Care or is willing to work towards it.
