Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Nursing Home Manager with a successful record of Good or Outstanding CQC outcomes.
  • Strong knowledge of regulatory and safeguarding requirements.
  • Demonstrated ability in staff management, budgeting and business operations.
  • Excellent leadership, communication and organisational skills.

Registered Home Manager (Nurse Qualified)

Hours: 40 per week Monday-Friday (some flexibility required)

Salary: Up to 75000 per year

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Nursing Home Manager to take charge of a beautiful nursing and residential home for older adults including those living with dementia.
