Are you a proven care leader with a track record in service turnaround and securing Good CQC ratings? We’re seeking a Registered Home Manager for a charity-led rehabilitation service in Ipswich, supporting adults with acquired brain injuries from trauma, illness, or substance misuse.

Registered Home Manager Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver and lead a focused turnaround plan aimed at achieving a Good CQC rating
  • Stabilise and motivate the workforce, addressing performance and cultural challenges
  • Embed training and development aligned with best practice in neurorehabilitation (e.g., PBS, clinical frameworks)
  • Promote a culture of ownership, transparency, and continuous learning
  • Ensure full compliance with CQC standards, safeguarding policies, and sector-specific regulations

Registered Home Manager Requirements:

  • Level 5 Diploma in Health and Social Care (or equivalent qualification in the health or social care sector
  • Strong background in CQC, turnaround, and service improvement roles
  • Demonstrable success in achieving and sustaining Good CQC outcomes
  • Valid UK driving license
  • Clinical qualification is desirable but not essential
