Registered Home Care Manager

I am recruiting a Registered Home Care Manager for a private home care in the Kent area. As a Registered Home Care Manager you will have a full UK drivers license and your own car, as this role will include travel in the Kent area. You will be an enthusiastic and driven Registered Home Care Manager to lead and inspire the care team. This is a hands-on role for someone who's proactive, passionate about delivering exceptional home care, and ready to take ownership of both day-to-day operations and long-term growth. Requirements

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport across a wide range of stakeholders.
• In-depth knowledge of CQC standards and domiciliary care regulations.
