A leading not-for-profit fostering organization in the UK is seeking a Registered Area Manager for the East Midlands. This role involves managing a diverse team, ensuring regulatory compliance, and implementing service plans. The successful candidate will have a Level 5 Management Qualification or be willing to obtain one, alongside significant experience in fostering. Registered Area Manager (England) Salary: £60,780 per annum; £750 Homeworking Allowance per annum; £1,500 Out of Hours Allowance per annum; Hours: 35 per week; Contract: Permanent; Location: Homebased with travel required around East Midlands (Derbyshire, Cambridgeshire, Northamptonshire, Nottinghamshire & Peterborough).

Enhanced DBS clearance is required for this role and will be processed by TACT on your behalf.
The Registered Area Manager will be located in the East Midlands area, and travel across the region will be required including face‑to‑face meetings at least once a month and on other occasions for training and team wellbeing events.
