We are seeking a Registered Nurse to join our Specialist Team to lead care and support for our client in their home.
This is an opportunity to make a difference to our client and their caregivers by providing and leading round the clock care.
As part of this role, you will be responsible for coordinating and delivering round-the-clock support, working closely with caregivers and other healthcare professionals to provide continuity of care. You will use your clinical expertise to guide best practice, monitor progress, and adapt care plans as needed, always keeping the clients comfort and independence at the heart of everything you do.
We offer a overnight cover, to suit different schedules. Whether you are seeking consistent hours or flexible shifts, we would be happy to discuss the options available.
