A leading technology firm is seeking an experienced Facilities Site Manager to oversee operations from the London office. This role includes managing a support team, optimizing workplace strategies for a rapidly growing team across EMEA, and ensuring exceptional service quality. The ideal candidate will have over 8 years of management experience and a strong focus on organizational and financial processes. The Real Estate & Workplace (REW) Facilities Site Manager will lead Databricks’ EMEA operations from our London office, overseeing sites across Paris, Munich, Stockholm, Israel, Zurich and Riyadh. You’ll play a key role in shaping and executing workplace strategies that enable Databricks’ rapid regional growth and deliver exceptional employee experiences.
This is an exciting opportunity to scale our EMEA workplace support model, strengthen key vendor partnerships, and ensure operational excellence across a growing portfolio supporting over 1,000 Bricksters — with continued expansion ahead. The role reports to the International Real Estate & Workplace Leader and may include occasional travel to regional offices.
