A leading housing organization in Greater London seeks a Regional Void Lead to manage void property during maintenance periods. The ideal candidate will coordinate with multiple stakeholders, possess strong administrative skills, and support the Head of Region. This role offers a salary range of £41,000 - £43,000, hybrid working opportunities, and various employee benefits including annual leave, health cash plans, and learning opportunities.
Here at MTVH we are recruiting for 3 new roles to Lead on Void Property management during the maintenance period and all roles will be based within the Regions they are serving. There will be two roles located between our offices at Chalkhill, Wembley and The Grange in Southgate, London plus one role which will be based at our Clapham Park office in South London.
We are looking for someone with drive and enthusiasm to work with all stakeholders to look for continual improvements on performance. The role is multifaceted and reports directly into the Head of Region so if you’re looking for a role where you can utilise your strong administration skills, work together with like-minded colleagues to make a real difference in the ability to offer homes to new customers then this could be the role for you.
We are offering a salary range of £41, - £43, depending on experience plus fantastic benefits including a health cash plan, pension scheme and many more!
